Winemaking:
The grapes were carefully selected in the vineyard and then fully destemmed for a granite mill. During fermentation the must was homogenized by treading on foot, with temperature control through endogenous plates. After fermentation, the wine was transferred to 225L French oak barrels of the second year, where it remained for 10 months.

Alfrocheiro,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Nacional

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour, aroma with notes of forest fruits, pine needles and light toast. In the mouth it has noble tannins, silky texture and a long finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Should be stored in a dry and cool place. Serve between 15ºC-17ºC.

Food Pairing:
Excellent match for meat and smoked pork, game and poultry, pasta and cheeses.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
