The grapes were harvested by hand in our vineyard and transported to the winery in 12KG boxes. Monte da Peceguina Rosé is the result of direct pressing and bleeding of our best red grape after a few hours of cold maceration. The fermentation took place for 21 days, always at low temperatures.

Tasting Notes:
Salmon color of the Peceguina Rosé 2014 has a fresh scent very marked by red fruit. The palate is light and balanced but with good complexity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended drinking temperature 12º-14ºc. Store in a dry and cool place at a constant temperature. The bottle shall be stored in horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, fresh grilled fish, white meats or as an aperitif.
