Winemaking:
After a rigorous control of the evolution of maturation of the grapes in the vineyard, on arrival at the winery the grapes were destemmed and gently crushed, followed by the process of alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel vat, with mechanical treading, ending in maceration for 10 days, under temperature control at 22-25°C. Malolactic fermentation took place in a small-volume stainless steel vat. A 12-month aging in new French and American oak barrels preceded bottling and a final 12-month cellar aging in bottle.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store in horizontal position. Best served at 16-18ºC.
