Fermentation was done with bâtonnage in French oak barrels, at a controlled temperature of 14 ºC, followed by a 4-month aging in the same barrels. This was followed by a stainless steel aging on the fine lees.

Tasting Notes:
Citrus coloured wine, with tropical, mineral, balsamic and toast notes. In the mouth, it reveals enormous freshness, greasiness, and a long and persistent finish.

Service temperature of 10 ºC is recommended.

It can accompany fish or white meat dishes, with some complexity of preparation.
