Produced from hand-picked grapes at the early hours of dawn, immediately sent to the winery, and carefully selected on a conveyor. The outcome of soft pressing with brief pellicular maceration to extract the most primary aromas. Statically clarified must at 10ºC on stainless-steel vats, where fermentation took place between 13ºC and 14ºC.

Tasting Notes:
It presents a citrus colour in a clear and bright look. Aromas of ripe tropical fruits like passion-fruit and papaya, with a light mineral suggestion, stand out. In the mouth it appears round, elegant, with balanced acidity, good structure and volume. End of mouth long, fresh and softly.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with spicy shellfish or grilled white meats and vegetable dishes of the Mediterranean diet.
