Receiving grapes in the cellar in boxes of 24kgs. Manual selection followed by destemming. Pneumatic soft pressing. The must fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. Stabilization and light filtration. No type of animal derivative was used in the winemaking process making this wine suitable for vegan consumers. Special care was taken in winemaking, minimizing any intervention, with the purpose of producing a natural wine, which expresses the particularities of the vineyard, grape variety and climate.

Tasting Notes:
citrus colour and crystalline appearance. Floral aromas combined with some elegant tropical. A dry wine with a remarkable balance and a long lasting finish.

Serve between 10-12ºC.
