Winemaking:
Process based on the traditional method of making Port Wine, which includes stopping the fermentation of the must by adding brandy, wine blending and aging. This Tawny Reserve comes from lots of different wines aged in cask for varying periods of time, the result being a final profile of 7 years in the tasting.

Grape Varieties:
Old Vines

Tasting Notes:
Amber colour with red reflections. On the nose, the aromas are compote of wild fruits and nuts, such as plum and fig. Complex and very fresh, it has a good volume in the mouth. The notes of fruit jam remain and continue after the tasting.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled, between 12 and 13ºC, in an appropriate glass.

Food Pairing:
Pairs well with all kinds of desserts, caramel, vanilla or almond ice cream and soft cheeses.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
