Grapes are harvested manually and transported in 30 Kg trays. Controlled fermentation with maceration, stopped by grape brandy addition. Matured in wood for 3 years, followed by blending of several Port Wines from different harvests.

Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz,Tinta Barroca,Tinto Cão
Tasting Notes:
Medium tawny colour. Combines the fruitiness of young wines with the velvety, woody flavour of the older wines. Soft, light and well-balanced.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at room temperature 18°C/64°F.
Food Pairing:
Good as a dessert wine or slightly chilled as an aperitif, with cheese, pastry, nuts and dried fruits, desserts or sweets.

Earthy and a bit simple, with modest dried-fruit flavors and hints of candied orange peel. Lacks concentration, making it seem a little warm on the finish, but it's a solid performer in its class.
