Winemaking:
The entire winemaking work complements the excellent natural conditions of the Terroir Tecedeiras, allied to the great care dedicated to the vineyard. In the winery, the wines are vinified by parcel, and enhancers years of any grape variety, the wine is made with separation of grape varieties. Long maceration and fermentation at 26 ° C. After a minimum of 10 months in French oak barrels, the wine shows great capacity for aging.

Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz,Tinta Barroca,Touriga Franca,Tinta Amarela,Moreto,Sousão

Tasting Notes:
Intense tawny colour. Caramel sweet notes, which blend with caramelized citrus peel nuances. On the palate, dried fruit with great aromatic complexity, almonds and dried figs.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled, between 12 and 13ºC, in an appropriate glass.

Food Pairing:
Goes well with all sorts of desserts, especially those prepared with eggs or nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts).
