The grapes are harvested during the cooler periods of the day, arriving at the cellar fresh and intact. Then, they are chosen and distributed according to the characteristics that the oenology team wants for the batch to be produced. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats after a long skin maceration. At the end of fermentation, the wine is transferred to French and American oak barrels, where it stays for at least 4 months.

Tasting Notes:
The soul of the Setúbal Peninsula in wine. Rustic on the nose, with aromas of blackberries, black cherries, cassis and spices. In the mouth, well structured, with a smooth texture and elegant notes of ripe black fruits. Long and pleasant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ready to drink. Ideal to accompany meat dishes, especially grilled or roasted. The ideal setting would include a barbecue with friends on a weekend of celebration.
