Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested during the less hot periods of the day, arriving at the winery fresh and intact. Then, they are chosen and distributed according to the characteristics that the oenology team wants for the batch to be produced. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats after long skin maceration. At the end of fermentation, the wine is transferred to French and American oak barrels, where it stays for at least 4 months, ensuring the development of some complexity, without ever losing its varietal aromas.
Grape Varieties:
Syrah
Tasting Notes:
It is a wine full of flavour and with a deep garnet colour. On the nose, aromas of red fruits combined with the very distinct spiciness of the Syrah variety. A full-bodied red wine, with a velvety texture that refers to a mixture of red plums and raspberries with touches of Mediterranean herbs. The spiciness of black pepper is accompanied by ripe tannins and vanilla notes, typical signs of well-integrated wood.
