Winemaking:
Inspired on the production methods of the best Champagne Rosé it is a blend of 4 different vintages, after fermented and aged in bottle.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Castelão

Tasting Notes:
Only from selectively hand-picked grapes, it has beautiful balance between bright fruit, “pain grillé” and cream.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.

Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, and with light meals and roasts or even desserts.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
