Winemaking:
Vinification occurred in mills, as well as in stainless steel vats with pumping and automatic temperature control. After soft crushing and without de-stemming, fermentation, homogenization and light come at very controlled maceration, achieving this way a desired aromatic and phenolic extraction. Then the batch aged in new French oak barrels, but always with the aim to preserve the fruity character, typical of Douro wines. He underwent an gluing and filtration before bottling.
