In a similar way to Vintage, Late Bottled Vintage is produced in the traditional way, thus gaining a more rustic and more resistant character. It is aged in the cellars in big oak vats in order to preserve its deep colour and fresh fruit flavours, acquiring a closed and fruity character. It is bottled between the fourth and fifth spring after harvest.

Tasting Notes:
colour loaded, with dark halo. Nose dominated by the notes of ripe black fruits, associated with black plum and fig compotes, and with balsamic suggestions. In the mouth, the notes of ripe black fruits are confirmed. The structure is striking, with a strong presence, very similar to Vintage wines.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 16 to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or on any other occasion. Ideal accompaniment to nuts, cheeses or desserts.
