Winemaking:
The 10 year old Medium Sweet Pereira D'Oliveira Madeira wine is a blend of Tinta Negra Mole and Boal Grape Varietals. The ratio is approximately 9 to 1 of Tinta Negra Mole over the Boal/Bual varietal used.

Tasting Notes:
This Madeira enjoys an intermediate sweetness - just a tad drier than the "10 Year Old Sweet" bottles. The bouquet is full, excellent structure with aroma to the bouquet, and with a finish that is very pleasant and gratifying.
Store and Serve Advices:
This wine was naturally aged in casks and bottled in its purest state. To show it at its best serve between 13ºC and 14ºC. Should be kept in a cool dry place. This wine was filtered and does not require decanting. It was bottled ready for drinking and will keep well several months after opening.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as digestive, Christmas pudding, Foie-gras, chocolate, crystallized fruits and cheese.
