Tasting Notes:
We blended the Fundão cherry together with São Tomé and Príncipe chocolate, one of the best chocolates in the world, introduced by the Portuguese at the beginning of the XIX century.
Storage:
Brew 1 tea spoon with 100 ml water at 90°C and let it infuse for 6-8 minutes. Keep in a cool, dry and dark space with good ventilation, away from sources of heat. Ideal temperature range: 5 - 25°C. Maximum equilibrium moisture content: 65%.
Perfect Serve:
To accompany a snack of scones or simply to enjoy alone.
