Winemaking:
Harvesting of the grapes by hand in boxes of 25 kg; pre-selection of the curls at the entrance; soft pressing; fermentation in 300 liter barrels. Stage for 6 months in 300 liter barrels.

The taste is fresh and tropical, ending in smoked and with a very long and persistent finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Ideal temperature to drink 10 - 12 ºC. Keep the bottle laid down away from light; the wine should be consumed young; the wine is filtered and ready to drink; after opening the bottle the wine should be consumed within 24 hours.

Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
