The grapes were transported in boxes of 25 kg, subject to a rigorous sorting at the entrance of the winery. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature controlled in an honest and unmanned way respecting the profile of the grapes and the terroir. The stage was made during 24 months in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Intense red colour. Harmony between wood and red berries. Rich in red fruits with notes of cocoa. A balanced acidity, complex structure and freshness in a long end of mouth.

Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.

This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
