Winemaking:
The grapes are fully destemmed and crushed. Then the must is slightly pressed and decanted until it reaches the necessary clarity. It ferments at 13/14ºC in vat, in order to enhance the aromas, for about 3 weeks.

Pale pink colour, very fruity strawberry aroma. Balanced acidity with a long and pleasant finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 8ºC to 10ºC. Keep the bottle in horizontal position away from direct light.

Food Pairing:
Tapas, grilled fish, and pasta with sautéed vegetables.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
