Winemaking: The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in 18 kg boxes. In the cellar, fermentation in wine cellar with cold maceration and 100% ageing in new barrel for 11 months.

Store and Serve Advices: Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
