After the alcoholic fermentation, a period of maceration is carried out, after which the wine is separated from the masses with which it is fermented, and finally the malolactic fermentation is provoked. All the wine stages in French oak barrels for 30 months and 4 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby colour. Wine with a very intense aroma, marked by over-maturation notes of black plum and blackberry, with spices aromas such as cloves and green pepper, which give it a lot of complexity. In the mouth is a wine with a lot of volume, structure and complete, with a remarkable elegance, presenting very soft tannins that make a wine full, long and very balanced.
