Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with a long maceration period but no excessive extraction. After alcoholic fermentation, matured in cement tanks and was bottled completely unfiltered.

Ruby colour of medium intensity. Fruity aromas with notes of black fruits, hints of spice as well as floral and balsamic nuances. This medium-bodied wine has a mineral and distinctly elegant profile where fruits of the forest and spicy notes take centre stage, and acidity and fruitiness balance each other out perfectly. Staging on cement tanks lends the wine a refreshing, elegant and long end of mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Specially suitable for grilled red meat, and cheese.
