Winemaking:
The so-called "Colheitas" are Porto's great quality, originating from the single harvest mentioned on the label. Their organoleptic characteristics are exceptional and all their ageing takes place in wooden barrels. The marketing of "Colheitas" may only start after eight years of ageing and the bottling, which year is mentioned on the back label, precedes shipment. The "Colheitas" Porto's are placed on the market at their quality peak, therefore do not improve with further ageing.

Tasting Notes:
For 7 years, aged in oak casks in the silence of our cellars, where it acquires a genuine and distinctive aroma. Endowed with a red auburn hue. Fine aroma, including dried fruit, ripe red with notes of raspberry. On the palate it displays with a stylish, sweet and velvety bouquet.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at a ± 15º C, constant temperature. Best served at 15 - 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can be appreciated as an aperitif or on any other occasion. Ideal accompaniment to nuts, cheeses or deserts.
