Made from a selection of the sweetest apples from the west side and the most acidic apples from the north side of the island, this cider aged for 6 months in Chardonnay barrels and rested in the bottle, on its lees, for 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
The result is a crisp bubble and a very balanced acidity.
