The grapes were harvested very early, guaranteeing natural acidity and freshness. The must was obtained by direct pressing, followed by a careful decantation. Fermentation at 16ºC for 18 days.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Trincadeira,Aragonêz
Tasting Notes:
Pink-cherry colour, intense cherry aroma and red berries. In the mouth it appears, fresh, balanced. Long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at 8-10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, fresh grilled fish, white meats or as an aperitif.
