Tasting Notes:
Dense and stratified, with expressive balsamic notes, and red and black fruits. Discrete minerality marked by graphite notes. In the mouth it is polished and velvety, with expressive fruity aromas, firm and lively tannin, and an initially discrete but very expressive finish. Very persistent and pure.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy with roasted, slightly caramelized red meat or game with black fruit jelly. Match also with a powerful Portuguese cheese from “Azeitão” or a traditional “Roquefort”.
