After 2 days of soaking in preferment to enrich aroma: fermentations ran for 6 days to 24ºC, with a delestage per day for the extraction of colour and volume in the mouth. The wine after malolactic fermentation aged 12 months in barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Dark red colour. Ripe fruits like the black plum, blackberries, black pepper, spices and cocoa. Black fruits perfectly married with cocoa and with the elegance of French oak, round tannins, with good structure on the mouth. The finish has nice notes, is full bodied, elegant and very persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16 to 18ºC.
