Manual harvest and selection of the best grapes in the cellar. Cold maceration for 3 days and fermentation at 24ºC. Ageing in French oak barrels for 9 months. Light filtration before bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ripe fruit aroma with hints of flowers, tobacco and dark chocolate. Full-bodied and smooth palate. Very long persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany meat, game, baked fish, codfish drenched with olive oil and cheese.
