Vinified in mills by the traditional process of complete tanning, with blanket submersion and fermentation temperatures of 22ºC. Cold maceration for 48 hours. Delestage and reassembly with aeration. Staging in barrels of 225 Lt. of French and American oak.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour with violet notes. Aroma to ripe red fruits, with notes of vanilla, balanced and well integrated with the wood. Some notes of sweet or macerated black fruit. Jam, plum and some spice. In the mouth it is velvety, round and soft, rich and "sweet." Very nice set, intense, but balanced. With a good structure of tannins although smooth, and balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC.
