Promotion valid from the 1th of April 2024 up to the 30th of June 2024 and subject to the available stock

Winemaking:
Selective hand-picked vintage in 40kg baskets. The bunches are carefully selected on a table of choice and then the grapes are gently crushed and transported to the fermentation vats without the aid of pumps. It macerate for 3 to 6 hours at low temperature and the resulting bleed spontaneously ferments at 12ºC to maintain aromatic potential.

Fresh mineral and saline attack, has the matrix of the Azorean grape varieties and Terroir, but with a lush, more tropical, more pineapple and passion fruit Azorean aroma, of fresh fruit with acidity.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature 6-8ºC. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.

Food Pairing:
Ideal to pair with oysters, barnacles and shellfish. It also works with grilled fish, salads and fresh seafood.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
