Winemaking:
Produced according to the Champenoise method. Pressed in pneumatic presses, fermentation in stainless steel vat and stage in bottle. Matured for 4 years in cellar after the second fermentation.
Grape Varieties:
Malvasia Fina,Cerceal,Tinta Roriz
Tasting Notes:
colour bright citrus. With aromas of dried fruit and vanilla notes. The palate is soft and elegant with good acidity and persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 7ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, seafood and baked fish.

Contains sulphites.
