Winemaking:
Exclusively from Tinta Negra harvested on the slopes of Estreito de Câmara de Lobos and on the south coast of Madeira Island. Winemaking by fermentation of skins with the juice give the tannins time to dissolve and enabling alcoholic fermentation. Stage in 650 litres French oak barrels until bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Bright amber colour with orange and yellow reflections. Characteristic exotic wood aromas, caramel, honey and toasted almond. Small notes of iodine, tobacco and nuts.
Store and Serve Advices:
As an aperitif serve at a temperature of 10ºC. As a dessert wine serve at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Can be enjoyed simply as an aperitif, to accompany an exquisite soup, sushi, a bittersweet or tropical entry.
