Winemaking:
100% manual harvesting. Crushing with total destemming, fermentation with strong maceration, interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%). Stage of 2 years in wooden vessel of great capacity, with stage in bottle, at least 1 year.

Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Franca,Tinta Barroca
Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet colour, with a bright appearance. Aroma intense, predominating the aromas of evolution in bottle. Chocolate "After eight" and cherry jam. Excellent balance between sweetness and acidity. Tannin very well integrated. Long and persistent ending.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be opened at least 2 hours before serving and decanted. Serving temperature between 17 ºC and 18 ºC. The bottle should be stored flat, in a cool, dry place, shaded from light.
Food Pairing:
After dinner, this wine pairs well with cheeses from the Serra, Stilton and Gorgonzola, as well as other fatty cheeses. Ideal accompaniment to a strong cigar.
