Winemaking:
The grapes are trodden by foot in the traditional Lagar to obtain the must, and then macerated during fermentation to obtain the best possible extraction of aromas, colour and tannins. The wine ages for 18 months in oak casks, in the Quinta's climate-controlled warehouses in the Douro demarcated region, before being bottled.

This wine is characterized by its fruit purity and a fine and delicate quality that is typical of the estate wines in general. Balance, harmony, finesse and elegance are the main characteristics of this 2019 Vintage.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be opened two hours before serving and decanted. Serve between 15º and 17º C. Store the bottle in a horizontal position, in a cool, dry and dark place.
Food Pairing:
Take with cheese like Stilton or Gorgonzola or with deserts based on red fruits or dark chocolate.
