The semi-sweet vermouth MOOT, is a product whose base is an aged Madeira Wine with a maceration of aromatic plants typical of Madeira Island and some spices. It is a truly Madeiran product, perfect for all occasions, refreshing and versatile. Should be served with ice and lemon, or as inspiration for cocktails.

Tasting Notes:
The semi-sweet vermouth is a product whose base is an aged Madeira Wine with a maceration of aromatic plants typical of Madeira Island and some spices.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be stored upright, in a dry place with a constant temperature between 10-20º and avoiding direct light. We recommend serving in large glasses, chilled, with an orange, lime or grapefruit peel.

Food Pairing:
Perfect as an aperitif accompanied by olives, dried fruit, etc. It also works very well as a digestif at the end of a meal. A more daring option is to use it as an ingredient in a cocktail.
