Winemaking:
Manual harvest for 15 kg plastic boxes. At the entrance to the winery, all the grapes were handpicked (picking table). The alcoholic fermentation took place in a small stainless steel vat with controlled temperature. After fermentation was completed, the skin contact was maintained in a vat for another 20 days, after which it was gently pressed and transferred to French oak barrels (225 liters), where it aged for 24 months. At the end of the aging, it was not subjected to any filtration process. Stabilization occurred naturally by the prolonged aging in barrels. Aged for 3 years in bottle until its release to the market.
