Fermentation in vats at an average temperature of 25ºc. Long maceration in order to extract maximum colour pigments and tannins. Six months in French oak barrels.

Cabernet Sauvignon,Alicante Bouschet,Castelão
Tasting Notes:
Clear appearance, ruby red colour, violet and bergamot aroma, notes of sweet spice, structured and concentrated flavour but very fresh with ripe and round tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a horizontal position in a fresh spot far from direct natural light. It should be served at 18º.
Food Pairing:
Accompanies perfectly grilled red meat and Game. For a successful combination with the typical Alentejo gastronomy we suggest a lamb stew marinade.
