Winemaking:
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, with 1 day on pre-fermentative maceration and 2 days on fermentation. The grapes’ must not destemmed.

Tasting Notes:
The Maynard's Fine Ruby Port has been aged for 3 years in a combination of large wooden vats and stainless steel, so as to preserve the fresh and the fully style of Port while it matures. The final blend is fined and cold treated prior to the bottling, allowing to maintain the stability and brightness of the wine in the bottle. Wine with fresh and soft fruits and a rich plumy texture.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottle should be in the upright position, at a constant temperature and away from intense direct light. After opening, consume preferably in 18 to 20 weeks. Port wine is a natural wine, so it may form some natural sediment with time. Pour it carefully, so it does not become cloudy. Should be served at a temperature between 10º and 12º C.
Food Pairing:
It pairs well with soft cheeses, chocolate desserts and fruit pies.
