Seen by those entering Lisbon by the river, the city appeared to have seven hills, because from this perspective, the Castelo de S. Jorge covers the visibility of Colina da Graça. Frei notices it, on the 8th Colina, and consciously marginalizes it, to that Lisbon has a parallel with Rome, the largest city at the time, the city of 7 hills.
