Medronho do Coração

Medronho do Coração is an artisanal spirit produced in Santana da Serra, Alentejo, from hand-picked wild arbutus berries grown using sustainable and regenerative practices. The fruit is naturally fermented before being distilled in small batches in copper stills, with only the pure "heart" of the distillation retained.
