Adega de Colares

The Adega Regional de Colares, founded in 1931, is the oldest cooperative winery in the country. Currently, it gathers the majority of producers in the Demarcated Region of Colares, where they place great importance on the protection and preservation of the Colares Wine Culture, its unique grape varieties and its original cultivation methods. The oenological philosophy is based on the imperative respect for the Colares terroir, continuing the work of its ancestors, producing temperamental wines from the Old World Viticulture.
