Quinta das Chaquedas is a family wine project in the Douro, producing wines from its own vineyards, including old and century-old vines in the Rio Torto Valley near São João da Pesqueira. Its wines are traditionally vinified at the family estate near Régua, with the Lote 5 range representing the five members of the family behind the project.
