With about 10 hectares, of which about 7 of vineyards, Quinta do Soito is located in the town of Tibalde, municipality of Mangualde, district of Viseu. Here we produce the best varieties of the typical varieties of Dão: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro and Jaen. With about 6.3 hectares of vineyard, Quinta do Cabeço da Roda is located in the village of Mesquitela, municipality of Mangualde, district of Viseu. Built from scratch, taking advantage of the slope of the land for gravity to be an essential part of the winemaking process, the Soito Wines winery, designed by the architect Perdigão, has the ideal conditions for the creation of the best quality wines. This is where the two Quintas wines are produced, combining traditional methods with a differentiating and innovative strategy based on the latest technology. In the cellar you can visit the showroom, the fermentation room, the storage room and the noble room - the barrels.
