Located near Estremoz, at the foothills of Serra d'Ossa, Herdade dos Outeiros Altos is a family project centered on organic farming, biodiversity and low-intervention winemaking. The estate produced the first certified organic DOC Alentejo wine and also preserves traditional practices such as talha winemaking in clay vessels.
