Olival da Risca is a Portuguese organic olive oil producer based at Risca Grande in Serpa, Alentejo, where the Bernhard and Zehnder families manage over 35,000 olive trees across approximately 170 hectares. The estate follows organic and biodynamic farming practices and produces premium extra virgin olive oils from traditional Portuguese varieties, with the entire process carried out on the estate for maximum freshness and quality.
