ODE Winery is based in a historic winery built in 1902 in Vila Chã de Ourique, in the Tejo region, and was reborn as ODE in 2021. Its philosophy of "Minimal Intervention, Maximum Attention" combines organic, sustainable and regenerative viticulture with careful winemaking designed to preserve freshness and vineyard expression.
