Chão de São Francisco is a family wine project established in 1996 at a historic estate near Viseu whose heritage dates back to the 18th century. Its approximately eight hectares of vineyards produce Dão wines from varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Jaen, while the project also explores old vineyards and native varieties from the Lafões region.
