Black Pig Destilaria

Black Pig is an Alentejo distillery founded by Miguel Ângelo Nunes and inspired by the landscapes, plants and wildlife of Portugal's Alentejo coast. Its distillery was built in Santo André in 2018 and produces spirits using locally sourced botanicals, including juniper, rosemary, lemon and medronho, with a strong focus on sustainability.
