Caves da Cerca

Caves da Cerca was born in the early twentieth century with Albano de Carvalho Sardoeira, owner of several vineyard plots in the municipality of Amarante with the mission of providing enthusiasts the pleasure of drinking wines and spirits of high quality and consistency. The Conde of Amarante Aguardente Velha is distilled from wines from the selected Vinho Verde Demarcated Region. After distillation it was aged in the caves in new and used 500 liter oak barrels.
