Eruptio

Eruptio is an Azorean wine project focused on the volcanic terroir of Pico, producing distinctive whites from native varieties such as Arinto dos Açores, Verdelho and Terrantez do Pico. The wines highlight the island's characteristic freshness and salinity, with some expressions fermented or aged in old barrels historically used for Pico's fortified wines.
